According to the return policy you may within 14 days after receipt if the article does not work as desired or if you bought the wrong item you can exchange the item and receive the payment back, follow the instructions below:

1) Please frank sufficient postage, unstamped shipments are not accepted. The shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the customer.
2) State your name and address details as well as the order / invoice number. Or attach the invoice or a copy of it.
3) If possible, briefly state the reason for the return shipment.
4) Send the complete article, including accessories and if possible in original packaging.
5) Provide a protective package. Damaged parts will not be treated.
6) State your own address as sender on the envelope or package.
